In its fifth year, the Best of the Best Pharmacy Awards program continued to do what its primary goal was from the beginning: to recognize pharmacy workers in communities throughout the U.S. By this point, there was more brand recognition for both SingleCare and the awards program. Patients looked forward to nominating their pharmacist or technician each May; pharmacies knew when we called what it meant to be nominated. Although we continued to select only 25 winners in 2023, the program had much more reach.
In 2023, we had more traffic than ever to pharmacyawards.com. We had a 50% increase year over year in social media engagement, with 30+ organic posts from winners and their brands alone.
