Recently topped out, Madison House is a new face in the NoMad landscape. The luxury residential building will open in fall 2020, but it’s already making an impact in the neighborhood as its tallest residence, which was designed by Handel Architects. Gachot Studios, led by founders John and Christine Gachot, designed the interiors, and while the Gachots don’t live in NoMad, they’ve begun spending much of their time in the area. “NoMad is such a good launch point for exploring the city,” Christine says.
