For 2022, we wanted to double the number of Best of the Best Pharmacy Award nominations we received from the previous year. To do this, we made a robust marketing effort during the nomination stage on our email and social channels—and we also used push notifications on the SingleCare app for the first time. This required a coordinated effort from social media, performance marketing, and CRM teams; I planned and coordinated all of this as the VP of Content Marketing.
The result was an 87% increase in nominations year over year. We also saw a 56% YOY increase in traffic to the awards website for the 2022 Best of the Best Pharmacy Awards. In addition to honoring 25 winners again, we were able to recognize 80 finalists and send 3,000 recognition boxes to nominees.
