I lead with clarity, collaboration, and a strong editorial point of view—driving brand growth while building efficient, high-performing teams.
I bring a high level of ownership to the work I do, with a focus on clarity, execution, and results. With more than a decade of experience across print magazines, digital media, and content marketing, I’ve led editorial initiatives that drive brand growth while improving how teams work day-to-day. My background in journalism shapes my approach: audience-first strategy, rigorous standards, and systems that support efficient, sustainable execution.
Before moving into content marketing leadership, I held senior editorial roles at Entertainment Weekly and Mayim Bialik's lifestyle site Grok Nation, where my work focused largely on digital strategy and execution. Today, I work across editorial leadership and consulting, supporting media brands and content teams with strategy, performance optimization, and operational improvements. My freelance work for brands such as Interior Design, Luxe Interiors + Design, and TVGuide.com keeps me closely connected to audience behavior, editorial performance, and evolving content formats.
Earlier in my career, I worked in luxury print publishing at Niche Media, copyediting titles including Gotham, Hamptons, and Michigan Avenue, and contributing features across home, art, food, and lifestyle. I hold a master’s degree in magazine journalism from the University of Missouri and a bachelor’s degree in mass communications / journalism from Southern Nazarene University. My experience living and working abroad—as a Peace Corps volunteer in Suriname and an English teacher in South Korea—shaped my approach to collaboration, adaptability, and leadership across diverse teams.
